PURCHASING PROCESS

Please carefully choose a puppy that best suits you and/or your family. Please research the general personality of each breed you are interested. Each breed and each puppy has their own distinctive personality.

  1.  If you have any questions, please contact PRIOR to purchase us at (315) 281-9478 via Text. For all customers.

2.  Once the payment has been verified by our sales team, we will reserve the puppy under the purchaser’s name. The verification must be done within 2 hours.      

3.  If a deposit was made, the remaining balance becomes due in seven (7) calendar days. If the remaining balance is not paid, the puppy will become available to other customers and the deposit will be forfeited.

4.  Once the payment is made in full, we will be arranging the travel date. It’ll be an estimate at first, and as we get closer to the date, we will be pinpointing the exact date.

5.  Please take a note that there will be $150/day hotel fee from the day of deposit IF the cancellation takes place. If the flight has been booked, the booking fee will not be reimbursed as well as the hotel fees.

6.  IF we cannot reach the client for more than 4 weeks AFTER all the payments are made, the purchase will be considered as forfeited.

  • Please make sure to submit the order with an accurate billing and shipping information. Please include country code as well if ordering from outside of United States.
  • We use information provided with the order for the contact and draft of the final health guarantee.
  • If billing and shipping information is different, the person paying for the order is considered the rightful owner, not the receiver.
  • Please do NOT use PO BOX as an address. Physical address must be provided in order to book the flight.
  • For international pedigree, please inquire before purchasing.
